Stephen Grudier

MLF Built is owned and run by Stephen Grudier. Stephen has been in the construction industry since 1984, starting as an electrician doing ultra-high end residential projects, then earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Construction Management. During and after attending the UW, he worked as a Project Manager running electrical projects such as the Pacific Science Center Imax Theater, biotech projects for Rosetta Biopharmics, Icos, and Zymogenetics and new buildings for Microsoft.
His general commercial experience began with Kiewit Construction on the Seattle Convention Center expansion where he was in charge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire/life safety. Stephen then worked on an ultra-high end residential project for two years in Medina.
MLF Built started after that project was completed, and since then we have steadily grown and completed over 250 projects with a lengthy reference list.
